Method
 

  1. Combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter until evenly moistened
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a pie dish or springform pan to create the crust
  3. Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling
  4. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy
  5. Mix in the vanilla and sweetened condensed milk until fully combined
  6. Melt the chocolate gently and allow it to cool slightly before mixing it into the filling
  7. Fold in the whipped cream carefully to keep the mixture light and fluffy
  8. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust
  9. Add your preferred toppings, such as berries, cookie crumbs, or chocolate shavings
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm enough to slice
  11. Cut into portions with a sharp, clean knife and serve chilled
