Ingredients
  

Cookie Layers
  • 24 to 30 soft oatmeal cookies
  • 1 cup mini chocolate candies
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup edible cookie dough, cut into small pieces
Peanut Butter Cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
Topping
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate candies
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • Small pieces of oatmeal cookie or edible cookie dough

Method
 

  1. Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy and well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until firm peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until light and smooth
  6. Arrange a layer of oatmeal cookies across the bottom of the prepared baking dish
  7. Spread a layer of peanut butter cream over the cookies
  8. Sprinkle with some mini chocolate candies, chocolate chips, and small pieces of edible cookie dough
  9. Repeat the cookie, cream, and topping layers until the ingredients are used, finishing with peanut butter cream
  10. Decorate the top with whipped cream, chocolate candies, chocolate chips, and cookie pieces
  11. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  12. Let the cake sit for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing, then serve chilled
