Quick Pasta Bake6 oz penne pasta (or any other short dried pasta) 1 cup Pomi strained tomatoes, or canned tomatoes 2 cups roasted vegetables 12 oz mozzarella, shredded or diced 1/2 cup grated parmigiano cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees Boil the pasta until al dente, then combine pasta and all other ingredients in an oven proof casserole dish.
