No pan, no spattering oil, no mess. These moist meatballs cook in the oven and you can have them on the table in less than 30 minutes.

 

Turkey Meatballs Recipe

8 oz ground turkey (mix of white and dark meat is best)
1 slice bread
2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 Tbls smoked paprika
1 clove of garlic, finely minced (grate it on a microplane)
3-4 leaves of fresh basil, chopped

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees

Soak the bread in the milk until soft.  Add the soft bread, feta, egg, smoked paprika, garlic and basil to the turkey. Season with a little salt and pepper. Mix gently until well combined and shape into meatballs. Placed the meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet (the parchment makes for easy clean up, you can use foil if you don’t have parchment) and bake in the 400 degree oven about 15 minutes.
